The Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) represents the leading cleaning contractors across North America and internationally. Since 2010, the association has co-located its annual convention with ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America, bringing the top BSCs together with ISSA members during the same week.

BSCAI’s CBSE and RBSM certifications signify that an individual has demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to perform competently in the building services profession. These designations also help contractors achieve elements of the SSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and Certification Program.

In addition to the access this relationship provides to IEHA's more than 3,500 members, the two associations offer a joint membership for in-house service providers and BSCs.

IEHA's REH and CEH certifications recognize individuals for completing comprehensive coursework and management experience in cleaning, pest control, waste management, security, laundry and linen supervision.
